it's not that board meetings are hard. actually, kb really enjoys both of the boards on which she serves. but sometimes, the meetings last a really long time & require a special motion for adjournment...
and yes: we realize such sundries are not really purchased at a 'martini store'... here's our attempt at rationalizing/explaining/...whatever:
